FODBERLIN pieces are limited capsule items. The policy below keeps support clear while leaving room for final launch rules by region.
Window
Return requests should be opened within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with tags and original packaging where applicable.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on available stock. If the requested size is unavailable, the team can offer store credit or another support path after reviewing the order.
Final sale
Custom, altered, sample-sale, and clearly marked final-sale pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
